In Sooo much pain

    I did a really small lower body workout on Tuesday and it was only 16 mins worth, the pain in my legs are took me 15 mins to get out of bed wednesday and as well as today,there is pain in my rib area as well I can't even climb 3 steps without being in pain..I am trying to stay healthy by doing some kind of light workout but if it's going to end up like this...then forget it. just need to vent...thanks for listening.

    Ouch. You must hurt. I bought an indoor bicycle and stay on it for one half hour. Double ouch, but like you said: at least you are trying.

    I hope the pain passes real soon and my best advice would be to get on a heating bad, put it on your favorite chair,take your meds and wait it out.

    I'm sorry Ann,. I've been there, done that!! Don't give up though. Start with 2 or 3 min and work up slowly. Use the 10% rule. Likely you will eventually be able to do the 16 min.
