My Mom gave me a quick inexpensive way to feel better when going to bed. Take a hand towel and wet it. Squeeze out the excess water, but keep it moist. Then put it in a gallon size zip-lock baggie. Do not close the baggie and put it in the microwave for 1 1/2 mins. on each side. More if it doesn't feel that warm. Then close it up and wrap it in another hand towel. Put it on an area that is super sore. Nice, eh? Soft teddy hugs.
