I subscribe to Dr. Susan Lark's women's health newsletter. In the latest one, she talks about using an infrared heat therapy device to relieve pain from arthritis, muscle and joint problems. The device she advertises is $200, which seems kinda pricey to me. BTW, I am not going to re-subscribe, seems she is always trying to sell something or other to her readers.

However... has anyone on this wonderful board heard of or used this therapy method? Any success? Any usefulness to it that anyone knows about? Snake oil?? Comments???

    Peace,
    Beth.
