Interesting - "O" magazine article on CFS

    I was at the docs today and the magazine was laying there. Inside was an article about a writer who had CFS and was basically housebound. (She had written Seabiscuit)It was very good, even mentioned the study done in Wichita, Ks.

    It talked about how overwhelming her fatigue is, how it took her 4 years to write the book, and most of it from her bed. And they explained how they think people with CFS has something different about their genes that causes them to respond to stress differently than other people, which in turn causes the CFS to kick in.

    I guess Oprah finally gave us a little break after all!!!

    That Oprah would invite the Author to come on her show...and others with FM. Sure might help with Oprah supporting people like us.

    Its too bad they've got it all wrong!

    The illness CFS causes the genetic changes.

    We do not have genes that cause us to respond to stress poorly.

    The CDC misread their findings...probably on purpose, to further hide the seriousness and tradedy that is CFS.
