About 1 year ago , I thought I had a back ache. I tried Lyrica and it removed pain , but I could not sleep. I tried a inversion table . Which basically flips you upside down . The pain in my back slowly moved down to be buttocks area . I finally isolated the pain way down my body . At that point , I realized the paint was not from chopping wood. It was Fibro which manifested my lower buttocks . A common area . Anyway , my point is try a inversion table . my back pain was so bad . And it felt great to chase it down my body . It's also very good for your whole body . I have had Cfs and Fibro since 1987. I'm not normal , but the pain can be partially blocked by stretching your body out . The problem with Cymbalta or Lyrica is they only block the pain . So if you are not careful. The pain may come back worse
