My sleep is totally screwed up, but it doesn't matter whether I am having a period of insomnia or sleeping as much as 30 (yes you read that rt - 30) hours at a stretch, I NEVER wake up feeling refreshed.

I am just like AuntTammie, I do not know what it would be like to wake up feeling refreshed. It is the opposite with me no many hours of sleep I get. The hours of sleep I get vary a whole lot anyway. I do not remember when I have felt refreshed when I wake up. I never feel rested.
That is just my two cents and it is not worth much at all.
    Take care all,

My sleep schedule is so messed up, I don't even know where to begin. I do have CFS. Some times, I sleep for days, 2 or 3 days, only getting up for a drink or bathroom. Other times, I am up for days. My brain just doesn't seem to want to shut off. I lie there looking at the ceiling getting madder by the minute. lol

I have finally decided to just go with it, sleep when I am tired, stay up when I am not.

I have tried several sleep aids with NO help.

Sleeping is such an important part of us feeling better. No matter how long I sleep, I don't get the replenishing sleep I need, so I still have so much pain.

God bless and I hope you can get to feeling better.
