Is anyone else "spooked" when they have a really good day?

Sometimes we DO have them! Those really good days when pain levels are really low, you have a bit of extra energy, you can get a little more done, walk a little bit further, and maybe it was just a tricycle that ran over you and not 17 cars of the bullet train!

And THEN, do you drive yourself into a frenzy trying to duplicate it? What did I do different? Did I goof and take something extra? Did I forget to take something that's making me tired? What did I eat? When? How much? What was the weather? Did we have rain, snow, heat, sunspots, solar eclipse? Was the aurora visible? Was I abducted by aliens? LOL!

I am starting to keep a journal of everything. I know I should have done this long, long ago. Just trying to keep all my supplements straight has been a major task!

Hope everyone has a good day today (or if it is already tomorrow for you!)
