    pain relivers or an anti-inflammatory with efa's? i'm not on any rx pain meds. asking more about otc's.

    Really, since EFA's are a sort of food (wrapped up neatly in a nice little pill, because it tastes like.... well,...!), they do not really interact with most things. Some things can negate, or 'use them up', so that they are not working medicinally though.

    A good EFA combo will actually help the anti-inflammatory properties. It is best if taken with food (burp!), and worst if taken with hot food or drink.

    If you are concerned, take your EFA's away from the OTC meds. I don't really think it would be a problem, though.
