It's that time of year again....

I really dread to see the weather change. Our temps have been cooler. I had been doing quite a bit better, but not now. It amazes me how quickly the pain can debilitate me.And then it makes me mad, and frustrates me! I wonder truthfully , if there will ever be any real relief for this DD. I'm much more fatigued, too. I'm sure my excessive weight doesn't help. I am obese. That's another subject. :)

One of the reasons I love living in Florida is the heat and humidity. Not everyone gets along in this climate, but it has been a huge help to me. I do not ever want to live where it gets really cold again. The Carolinas is about as far North as I'm willing to live.

    Take care of yourself.

    Love, Mikie

I dread this time of the year also, because I know soon we will have less sunlight. For me, it makes an already tough situation even tougher. Hang in there and get yourself some full-spectrum light bulbs.
