IV Bags and tubes are they reused?

I was just wondering. I was getting the IV's at the FFC and I received one other IV once at a medical center. I know the needles are new but are the bags and tubing reused? If so I am assuming they sterilize them but I guess I never really thought about it until now and I am just curious.

No, they don't reuse them. They are sterile from the manufacturer for one-time useage. After the IV and tubing are used it is considered biohazard waste.

I didn't think it would be right to reuse them but you never know in this country:)
