I have tried the ivory soap but I did it a different way. I had not read all the responses from you guys, just tried it on my own. Instead of putting it under the bottom sheet I had a couple of leg warmers that were a bit streatched out. So I pulled them on my legs up to my knees and put a bar of Ivory soap in the back area over my calves. I slept like a log. Wasn't uncomfortable at all . The bar of soap stayed put and I could turn over and everything.

I have tried soaking my legs and body in the epson salts but when I get out of the water I Itch like crazy so I guess thats out.

Now if I can just find a way to help my elbows not hurt so much. Almost forgot. The two bars of Ivory soap seem to get soft after they are warm. Not to worry. They harden-up when laid on the floor, chair or anyplace.

I have RLS and putting somethng like leg warmers or tights help the pain in my legs. The tights especially help during the day.
