    Dear Jam,
    I just reread our earlier posts and just wanted to thank you again. The parts about meditation and working on what causes the panic attacks really helped me! I started to reread a book I have on meditation and looked up panic attacks on the link you sent me, it made me feel a lot better! Just to know that I am starting back towards research and reading again on these topics is really helpful for me right now!

    I am also posting this to see how you are doing and to hear more about YOU! Even though I am going through a lot of major stress, depression, etc. I feel the need to reach out to help others on this message board. It makes me feel better just knowing that I can help another and gets me off of my own issues, you know?

    I hope to hear from you soon. I will be here for the rest of the day and will check for your reply on and off today!
