I was reading the post on hypercoagulation, poor circulation & coldness, & your suggestions, and Natto-K was mentioned. After reading about it, it sounds like a good natural product; however, I am allergic to soy, which it seems to be derived from. And since my anti-allergy diet (no soy, dairy, gluten, eggs) seems to be helping me so much, I don't want to rock the boat! Anything similar to this you can suggest that isn't derived from soy???

Thank you so much for your insight on all of this, or anyone else with a suggestion!

Lots mentioned here lately about Bromelain to wade through....can you give a nutshell primer on it, and what it's derived from? I take the Vital enzymes from this site; I think there's a small amount of Bromelain in them, but probably not a you know if it works as well on the fibrin as the Natto-K (if one is diligent about using it?)

    Thanks so much!
