jerking for no reason??

    It is even hard to type because my fingers are jerking. It happens with other body parts also.???

    It sounds like it happens quite often to you, if it is preventing you from typing efficienty. A limb will occasionally twitch on me, but it is very sporadic -- it may happen about four or five times a month. Usually it is a thigh or upper arm muscle. And I guess 'twitch' really isn't the right word -- like you said, 'jerk'. It's weird because a split second before it happens, I know it's going to, but I can't do anything to stop it except sit back and watch the limb go flying.

    The above is specifically meant to be describing what happens during the day. I jerk A LOT at night when I am going to sleep. I even bite my tongue when my jaw suddenly clamps.

    The only time I have problems with my fingers is when my hands tremble from low blood sugar. It's my sign that I've waited too long to eat.
