We just got a Champion juicer from my folks.....could anyone share their favorite juicing recipes? We just tried pineapple, carrot, apple and celery- it was great!
Thanks in advance for any replies.....

I have been juicing regularly for a year and I love it. I do juice only organic too. Carrots are always part of my ingredients. Try grapes too for sweetness.

Once you become more daring start trying the green leafy veggies. I know the green color looks disgusting but if you balance it with enough sweet stuff it is not bad.

These are the things I juice always in varied combinations.

    Celery, (always)
    Kale, (always)
    Romaine Lettuce,
    Dandelion greens,
    Ginger root, (always)
Mustard greens, (just a very, very little!!!!!)

If you have any trouble with blood sugar go lightly on the sweet stuff.

Good luck. I think this is one of the single smartest things I have ever done for myself. I hope you find that to be true for you too. Congratualtions!

I have a Jack LaLane juicer by the way.

I've heard that the dark leafy greens give your juice an unappetizing color, but I'll bet it tastes good! Thanks for writing.

What is a spark? Is it tonic water or something fizzy?
