Just more to support the hi pro/low carbo theory...

    Hi guys-
    I eat pretty balanced, and do not eat very much processed foods, and have no weight related issues, but am going to get Suzanne Somers books, for reason of the pure health benefits.

    My Mom has had fibro for ages. She was on weight watchers for a long time, too. Well, after 5 weeks of SS plan, she is down 17 pounds, her heart isn't racing when she lies down, and she said she's noticed signifigant energy improvement, and her morning stiffness/general pain level has been tolerable for once in a LOOOOOOONG time. Not as much dizziness/nausea either.

    I'm going to educate myself, as this sounds so healthful, even if you don't have any weight to lose.

    And your Mom. Go, ladies!

    I am convinced that sugar and starches will make even a healthy person sick. I find the Somers plan something easy to live with.
