    Even we carers sometimes lack the energy levels to 'be out there' topping up the jar.
    I find the easiest and most beneficial way is to do 5 or 10 mins meditation, whenever, wherever.
    Sitting quietly and making yourself aware of your breathing, feeling your body beginning to relax and quietening your mind - feels good just writing about it.
