I was recently diagnosed with Fibro, although I suspected it for some time after extreme fatigue and lots of muscle pain along with persistent back problems. I now find I have knots on my biceps and outer thighs all the time. They don't feel painful unless I push them. I've tried massaging them, but they are so painful to touch. is this related to the fibro and what can I do about it? I have a massage scheduled for tomorrow, so I'm hoping they can massage them out without too much pain.
