Lactose-free yogurt

    So once again, I've been eating yogurt daily for years based on research years ago.

    Well, obviously it's become a bigger issue for those of us who are lactose intolerant.

    I'm allergic to soy, so stopped that a long time back. But they've recently come out with a coconut yogurt, and am going to try it today. It's called "So Delicious" & it comes in several flavors.

    Heard someone at the health food store said they liked it alot, so hopefully I will too. All other yogurts get returned!! Luckily our one health food store allows you to return everything with no questions asked.

    I'm lactose intollerant and I can eat yogurt without any problems. Most of the lactose in yogurt is used up in the fermentation process.
