Latest issue of AEA Journal: Who sleeps better

    In my latest issue of the Aquatics Exercise Association Journal they reported results of a study done comparing:

    Weight lifting
    Aerobic exercise
    Water aerobic exercise.

    All of the above are great, all have good benefits.... BUT the study was evaluating sleeping habits.

    Guess which group slept the best: The water folks!

    But do you enjoy being in the water Prickles?

    I used to be a lap swimmer, one mile each visit, three times a week.

    Now, I work out in the water, totally different.

    Is it the swimming you dislike or being in the water?

    Water is so relaxing to me, whether I'm just hanging out in it or swimming around. I can almost fall asleep while IN the pool, LOL.

    It's just so...watery <3
