Has anyone got this done? I know it is expensive but the FFC offers it.
I'm working with the FFC to get my paperwork done for this. Evidentally the Leap programs checks with your insurance beforehand to see if it's covered. I'm interested to see if it helped people. Also, the closest FFC is 8 hours from me!
My insurance covers it but it doesn't matter b/c it is out of pocket and I have ot hit my deductable first. The total is $455 I think. Then you have to pay for a visit with the nurse. I just want to know if it is worth it, esp. for that amount of money.
It is a blood test for food sensitivites. It gives you a detailed chart-items in red you avoid, yellow with caution, etc. Then the FFC helps you with an elimination diet.
