Susan, You posted a while ago about needing to get a light box. I'm wondering if you got one and where you got it.
I think I need to get one and I'm checking Canadian sources. I know you can get them at Shoppers but I'm not sure they are the best.

    Hi Kathy

I still haven't found one that is afforable for me.

I did get a lite box last year, but sent it back since it didn't seem worth the $300.

    Now and then I look.

Jeanne in Ontario has one I believe.

Maybe she will add to the thread.

    Good Luck

Hi Kathy, I bought my S.A.D. light on-line because my local pharmacies did not have a good selection. The store I used is called Northern Lights.

I bought the TRAVelite at $169 and just love it! I use it every morning while I'm using the computer - it sits on my desk to the left of my computer monitor. I don't stare directly into the light, rather I focus on my computer screen and it doesn't bother my eyes at all.

In the past I used a lamp (similar to the SADelite) but it was awkward and easy to tip over.

    Take good care,

    Anne Theresa

Thanks so much to both of you. Sue, I hope you find what you are looking for soon. I will look into Northern Lights, Anne Theresa.
