I noticed your post to Mikie and saw that your recent blood tests are in. So with the lymes you have these viruses and infections.

Was the report sent to you in the mail? I haven't received mine yet.

No wonder you've been feeling so under the weather.

Your going to get to the bottom of the real underlying problems you've been struggling with and I'm with you all the way. I'm wondering if the lymes totally depresses our immune systems and set off these other infections. Chain reaction.

Yes it looks to me like these other things could be a problem. I need to talk with the Dr. to get conformation. But acording to my reserch it looks like I could have some acute infections going on.

My 5th Lyme test came back Neg. I just wish I could get a positive test that way I would know for sure that I do have it. I really think I do, having had a tick bite with a rash. And if memory serves me I had a positive lyme test about 15 years ago. The problem with that is my memory doesn't sever me well these days. I can't even remember the Dr. I was seeing at the time.

I agree with you 100%. I think the Lyme is the bottom of our problems and it surpressed our immune systems so we are having trouble fighting off other things and through off our hormones.

And to comlicate things, my son and daughter are showing allot of the same symtoms as me. My son is 22 and just went on disablity. He is having allot of blood work done by my request, she really doesn't know what she is doing. Anyway his blood work is comming back very much like mine.

I have an appointment with the FFC Dr. on Monday. After talking with him I need to make a decision. I am not sure if I should continue with him or if its time for my PCP to find me a good specialist. What kind of a Dr. would a person see, an Infectious Disease specialist?

I seem to be getting myself more confused by the min.

Enough about me, how are you feeling? You have an appointment soon also don't you. I hope you are feeling better.

Were you surprised about the infectious results or did you suspect there were other things going on?

Was the Lymes test done through Igenex? Apparently the LLMD specialist here uses that lab as the federal test is weak.

I wouldn't make any decisions until you talk to your FFC Doctor. Just wish my FFC doctor would have called last week since I was herxing so bad on the antibiotics. I stopped that biaxin as it was totally knocking me out. Just on the 3 per day doxcycline. Will discuss all this on Thurs.

Sorry to hear about your son. That's very interesting that family members are showing the same symptoms and blood results. Mention that to your FFC Dr. If you do have chronic lymes you could have passed it down. Just a thought.

I have the LLMD cell phone number ready if I do decide to see him. He's 7 hr. drive and number 1 in Canada.

really. It does feel good to get some real validation that I am really and turely sick. Sometimes I feel like a hypochondriact. I think that is why I want a positive lyme test. My Dr. used my reg lab, Labcorp. I do not know why he did not use Ingenx.

I hope you get some answers on Thurs.

How about you fly up here and we'll both go to the LLMD together? It'll be a double whammy!!

Would be so cool. I have never been to Canada. I was a few miles from the border once but that was it.
