It is for me at least... :)
Found these different limericks in various places by mostly anonymous bloggers,
thought they were good & wanted to share:

Lady Spring is now knocking on our door
Hoping Old Man Winter we'll see no more
    The sun will get stronger
    Our days will be longer
Now it's summer we're all waiting for
    (Del 2007)

The sun's showing off all its powers
For the first time in months, I see flowers!
It's the time when we know
That we will not see snow--
At least for a couple more hours!
    (digital cuttlefish)

It's nice getting up when it's light,
And the blossom's a beautiful sight.
But the lawn now needs mowing
And the weeds that are growing
Are doing it just out of spite.

    All springing and sprunging aside,
The temps do a Jekyll and Hyde.
    One day they are warm,
    Then they quickly transform,
And with shivers we’re over supplied.

Always Look on the Bright Side

Last Spring brought a terrible flood.
The front porch had 2 feet of mud.
    But Grannie was fine.
    She just sipped her moonshine.
At least she had tulips in bud.

    Pass the Arnica

The robins and blue jays are back.
(We all felt a terrible lack.)
    The winter was snowy
    With winds fierce and blowy.
And shoveling has ruined my back.

Those are all good ones! Wish I were as handy with words...

Well we're still getting light frosts here in the mountains in Mexico, night temps I think dip into mid 40s - even tho afternoons are in the 70s...

Back in Georgia, the forecasts have changed to chance of rain tonight, I'm sure everybody's happy about that (except maybe the kids!).
