    I think I have fibro fog on this ? but here goes my doctor told me fibro and myofscial pain syndrone were two different things ra said I had fibro and rehab doc said I had fibro and myofascial pain syndrome,and on the definition here it said they both were the same thing (fibro)any answer would be appreciated, Barb
