    Hello everyone,
I have a question for anyone who may be able to express their opinion. I have been fighting for my disability for almost 3 yrs now....My attorney just presented her oral arguments, in federal court on Friday, the 17th...I did not have to attend the meeting, according to my attorney, the judge will now make his decision based on her case she presented to him, my question is for anyone who may have gone thru this stage, is that a normal procedure? What does that mean for my case. According to my attorney (and she has been wonderful) if we lose this time, we will have to start back at square one...has anyone gone thru that? I am anxious to talk with anyone who might have experienced this....Thanks for the opportunity to be here I means alot to me to be able to cme to this support website for help and advice..
    thanks so very much,
