Looking for ways to remain functional in heat and pollution

    Hi,

    I have been having a great deal of difficulty keeping functional as temperatures get hotter and air outside gets worse. I've been searching for coping tips on this subject but haven't found any so far, maybe because i'm too tired to do the search. Would appreciate any ideas others have tried and found to help.
