loosing weight

    How can I loose weight when I can't exercise at all (low weights, or walking does me in)...and I'm knursing.

    You can "lose" weight by cutting out all sugars and most starches. "Nursing" shouldn't be affected by this. Lose the processed foods, anything in a bag or box. Eat lots of fresh fruits, meats, vegy's, fish, etc....

    I have the same problem. The only time I lost weight was when I got a tooth pulled and was on a liquid diet for a few days, but gained it all back. Walking really messes me up easily. I find bicycling is better--don't ask me why! I, too, need to lose weight. Any suggestions would help. I also heard that pilates (stretching exercises) is good for people with FM.
