Has anyone ever experienced this problem.I'm new to the board more or less at posting. I read more than post.
I've had fibro for the last 20 years , thyroid problems, arthritis, degenerative arthritis in spine, and sleep apnea.

Just started losing hair and eyebrows. Hardly have any eyebrows left. Feeling terrible.

If anyone has heard of this please let me know.
    Thanks
    Diane

    Insufficient thyroid can do this.

I'm thinking it's probably your thyroid too. Some people need an adjustment in their meds when the weather gets colder, or it could just be time for a check.

You might want to search around at about.com for their thyroid information, it's invaluable.

low thyroid. I started thyroid around two weeks ago, and every single day my energy levels are going up! YAHOO! My eyebrows are also growing back, although I am not seeing much improvment in my hairloss. I am on a low dose (Levoxyl 25mcg), so in a couple more weeks if the hairloss doesn't improve I will talk to my MD about increasing my dose. Please ask that your MD check TSH, T3, T4, and thyroid antibodies. Good luck to you! Hugs, Tam
