Has anyone ever experienced this? I get up today to go to work and I feel really bad, fatigued, dizzy, just way worse than normal. My feet felt like they were made of lead and the rest of my body felt light as air. I have hbp with my bottom number hovering around 98 if I am not on my bp meds so anyway my bp was only 92/60 today. I am just confused on why this would happen and why I am feeling so lousy...worse than "normal" and that is BAD! I did skip my bp meds today because I didn't want it to get any lower.

    Hugs,

and is very common in CFS. There's lots of good info here--explanations, suggestions on how to deal with it, etc.:

and usually a low body temperature is the norm. I can tell when the bp is low and when I stand things go gray for a few seconds.
