I've been low carbing for about 3 1/2 weeks. I've lost 5 lbs and that was in the first week. I've been following the program (protein power)and staying well within the boundaries, usually around 20 carbs per day with plenty of protein. But, I feel worse every day. I get nauseous and bloaty, I'm in more pain, and now I feel as though a major depressive cloud has desenced. I was doing very well with the depression before. Sometimes I'm dizzy and light headed. I thought this was suppose to help us. I don't know what to try anymore. Or, if I should give up and go back to low fat or quite frankly forget it and at least enjoy food. Will it get better? How long does it take?
