    Hi Everyone.

I just got my test results back and it seems I'm a little low on my Red Blood Cells!

Now I was not thinking about this, but come to think of it, it would make sense! I've been getting dizzy, getting way more palps, shortness of breath and so on.

My question to all is that I know we all have Low Blood Volume but does anyone know WHY?

What is causing us to have this and how can we fix this?

Also since the Red Blood Cells are low does that mean I have low Iron as well??

I thought this would be an interesting topic to talk about...

    Hugs to all.

I answered this back on the other one except for your question about iron. I really don't know much about it.

    best wishes,

after talking it over with my doctor and seeing that my sodium was also on low side, we realized it was because I'd drank a lot of water that morning before the blood test to make sure they could get the blood out of me easily (have had that problem before).

Just a possibility of what could cause it... what did your doctor say? Were you low on anything else?
