I have recently come across an Osteopath who claims to have pioneered a technique healing FMS which sounds to me like good old-fashioned lymph drainage -a technique I believe physiotherapists do use anyway.
So always one to to look/opt for self-treatment where possible, I have looked up a page on teh Massage Today web site that gives lymphdrainage protocol for self care.
Although I admit the protocol looks to complicated for me to even think about trying that as a regular practice. Yet. Others may be better...
On the other hand, I am using some of the spots for treatment with my shiatsu massager...
Anybody got any experience/success with this?

I occasionally get lymphatic massage from a massage therapist. It gets rid breast pain for me, which happens only 2 or 3 times a year.

She also does the lymphatic massage in other areas, too, when I have a session. I don't know too much about it, but it does seem it would be better to have lymph flowing as it should.
