Has anyone tried Lyphatic Drainage ( a special type of message therapy on Lyph glands)

I was also wondering about the success with any anti-inflamitories. I had been given Voltaren XR for a bad fall and shoulder pain not related to the FM and it relieved all my symptoms for about a month. I stopped using it because I heard it was not good to take on a long term basis...waited about 6 months and tried it again and did not get any relief. I am currently on Ambien XR, Tramadol ( about 50- 400 mg depending on the day ) and Cymbalta. I have about one or two good days a month. I should say half the late afternoon on a good day I start to feel the pain.
    Thank you for any suggestions.
