Also, what does Melatonin do for sleep, and do these things interfere with prescription meds.?

    Thanks a bunch.

    Ok,
Most of us with FM have low magnesium in our body. So taking any form of Mag should help. BUT, Most of us are very sensitive To Mag. I know I for one can not tolerate it at all. I know my body is lacking it big time. So if you are one of the fortunate ones who's body can handle it, it may help your FM.
Now as for Melatonin I take it to help me sleep at times. It does help relax you & aids in falling asleep. I take a few other perscription drugs & it does not interfer with them.

    Good Luck,
    Robin
