I've been reading all the posts about Magnesium and Calcium. I read that you shouldn't take Magnesium together with Calcium. I also read that if you take Magnesium before you go to bed, it'll help you sleep.

Okay - right now I take Calcium twice a day - once in the morning and once before I go to bed. I take my Magnesium in the morning. I heard that you're supposed to split your dose of Calcium because you can only absorb so much at one time. But if I take Magnesium before I go to bed, then when should I take my second dose of Calcium? Thanks!

I take 500 mgs. Ca at dinner
I take 400 mgs. Mag at bedtime
