Magnesium much

    do you all take, if you are taking it on a daily basis? I recently took it for a "one time workout" but I think it would be beneficial to take it every day, although not with the same results as that time! It worked great, and I thought it was wonderful because it didn't cramp my stomach, or make me feel bloated like laxatives do. Any advice?

    I use the MC powder,about 1 tsp. mixed in juice !I use it as often as I need it. It works great for me.

    I take 600 mg (4 capsules) in one dose before bed. This is a recent increase from 3 capsules for me.

    800 a day split up. Along with 2400 mg of malic acid. helps the magnesium absorb better into the muscles.
