Just read that the above is the easiest form of magnesium on your stomach. What mg's works for you?

    Thanks & LIGHT**************carole

I've been using ZMA (has magnesium citrate),and I do O.K. with it, as long as I don't do more than 200 mg twice at night.

I want to increase my magnesium during the day for pain, but think I'll try the malate form since it's supposedly easier to tolerate if you have stomach problems.

Only one company carries a number of them. Trial 'n error with yet another one!! Good luck with yours.

I just wanted to say that the Magnesium Glycinate is the only type I can take---all other types of Magnesium send me running to the bathroom. I take about 300 mgs. a day---not as much as some people, but I also eat magnesium rich foods.

See what you think about the Maleate---my stomach couldn't handle it, but we're all different!

    Hugs,
