I've been on muscleze (contains MA/ Mg amongst other things) for a week or so and have only noticed positive effects. I started on a half dose, so like jam said, start small and build it up.

What form are you taking the supplements in? And how much are you taking?

Yes, loose BMs are very common with magnesium! Try decreasing the dosage for a couple of days to see if your body adjusts better. Then you can up the dose if you're feeling better.

Another thing to try: having it with a meal (directly after eating). I find that helps.

Good luck! Stay hydrated- including electrolytes (try Emergenc packets mixed with water)! Having loose bowels can deyhdrate you very fast.
