For the past two months I have been sleeping like a log for at least 8 hrs every night. What a relief. This past 10 days the sleepless nights are starting to recaiam a place in my life. About 10 days ago I added 600mg of malic acid in the am. 30 days ago I started maca root and seriously made an effort to add exercise back into my life. I am questioning all 3. My on off switch has long been faulty. If I work too hard and long the on switch gets stuck and wont turn off. I have been careful to only walk in the am and never more than 30 min at the most. The maca root is unknown. Does anyone have any idea if the malic acid could cause sleepleness?
