    Thanks for your suggestion regarding Vitamin D. I have been taking it for a couple months now. I take 1200 IUs. Then later in the day I do it again. Except half the time I forget the second dose. Haha

    Anyway I am sleeping a little better and am much less depressed. It's the biggest and best change in my condition in decades.

    I have posted about it a couple times on the depression board and discussed it at my Emotions Anonymous Meetings.

    I'm so glad the D is helping you! I thought you sounded a bit more chipper.

    It's a wonder drug when you take it carefully. Amazing we didn't know about it many years ago. That's what they call progress I guess.
