    Hi all,

Well I haven't gone on disability yet. I know it will have to happen soon but I am going to try to get thru a couple more weeks. I spent 3 days on the beach in the salt water and was amazed at how much it helped the pain in my knees and ankles. The salt air also cleared up my allergies for a couple days and seemed to help me alot. Granted all I did was veg on the beach and then go back and sleep but it was a change of scenery.

I was wondering if there were people on this board from Massachusetts. When I go on disability I do not want to isolate and I am hoping to find some support locally in addition to this board. I believe I am entering a crucial time of this illness because I am going to give this thing a full court press and do my best to get better. I have the assistance of a FM/Cfids specialist but I need to give it all my energy. Pray for me as I will be praying for all of you.

the salt water is good for pulling toxins out of body.

ooh...I could use a few days vegging on a warm beach, tho I couldn't lie flat and probably would have to forgo any pina coladas [guess I'm thinking tropical here]

You go give this dd a full court press!! Yeah! We'll all be rooting for you.

Glad you are seriuously considering LTD and coming to terms with it.
