Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with low dose melatonin as a sleep aid?
The melatonin works very well for me.I take a 3mg tablet an hr before bed~ Makes me sleep more sound,and for at least 6 hrs. I would reccomend this to anyone who has'nt already tried it.
It used to help me sleep pretty well. It hasn't really worked for me in a couple of years though. Give it a shot.
I get headaches from it and I am not usually a headache person so when this happens I rule out wht is new and it was the melatonin. no longer take it.
I've been using it for a while. It usually helps me to get off to sleep (except when I'm exceptionally wound up in which case I take a sleeping pill) but doesn't stop me from waking up in the night - often several times.
I often use it and find it works to put me to sleep but unfortunately it isn't long lasting and I wake up after a couple hours.
