I'm sure that I could be helped in my life by eating better, but fatigue, pain and just plain lack of interest make me end up with a rather poor diet. Everything seems too difficult to prepare, no matter how good my intentions, and nothing really tastes very good anyway. I was wondering what you folks try to have on hand for ingredients and do you have any particular cookbooks that have simple easy to prepare recipes. Frankly, if it takes more than a few minutes to prepare, I simply don't have the strength. I just plain run out of energy. I am thinking about frozen dinners, but for what you get, they are very expensive, and I'm sure that there are healthier alternatives. I would like to do better, but I'm just not sure how to go about it.
