MidMorning Protein Builder....TO ALASKA 3355

    Mid-Morning Protein Builder:

    1. 1 tspn Amino Acids-powder form
    2. 1 srvng whey protein
    3. dissolve in unfiltered apple juice or naturally carbonated water
    4. take with 200 mcg Selenium (Jarrow Formulas)
    5. take with 400 mg Magnesium

    And then every third day add 1 TBSP of lecithin liquid by Fearn. The Selenium must be in the form of methylselenocysteine...that's why I use Jarrow Formulas.

    That's it.

    Is this protocol what you were referring to as precursors to the glutathione?? I'm still learning.... Terri

    No, sorry for the confusion. This is what my doctor told me to start as of today because of low serum protein. Probably as a result of the toxins being in my systems.

    Precursors to glutathione would be Immunoplex or Immunopro. It's undenatured whey protein and you can buy it online here at this website's store. Glycene and NAC are precursors too. And garlic helps to remove metals. You have to take like 10 caps of Kyolic per day.

    I can't think of any others off the top of my head.
