Mikie - Claudia said ZMA does not look like a blocker

    I had her check the ingredients and said it looked fine. I was wanting to try it but remebered you said it blocked. Can you let me know what you think.
    She said inorganic minerals are fine..btw Claudia is Dr. St amands nurse

    One of the ingredients listed on my bottle is vegetable magnesium stearate. I got my ZMA at Vitamin World. Perhaps the ZMA which this site carries does not contain plant material. It's certainly worth a try. If I could take it, I would in a NY minute. I'm going to go check it out at the store to see whether it's a veggie based product.

    OK, I just looked and the product here states that the source is inorganic, so it looks as though this product may be OK. I am very grateful to you for bringing this to my attention. I'm posting under a separate thread about this.

    I sure hope I can use ProHealth's ZMA as it is a wonderful supplement.
