It was great. I believe that having loved ones around and laughing a lot is very healthy. Unfortunately, we ran around a lot and I am exhausted. It will take a few days to recoup, especially since I was already recouping from the last mega-flare.

I find that I get tired from good events and I get flares from bad events.
