    Hi Mikie!
On a past thread you told someone (I forgot who already)
to tell their doctor to put on the form they were disabled due to SSD'd listing 1.02.
    What is that one?
I am trying to take a crash course in all this SSD stuff as I am in the appeal process, and I'm well anxious!
    Thank you,
    Ziggy

Disability lawyers should have questionnaires for your docs to fill out. Included in that is an explanation of the SS Listing 1.02. The questionnaire asks the doc if the patient is disabled according to Listing 1.02. He or she answeres and signs and dates that statement.

Listing 1.02 is really for people with rheumatological conditions, but this is the closest thing that they have for FMS. Ask your atty. about it.

    Love, Mikie

    Hi,
Okay, thanks for the info. I'll ask my lawyer about it. She doesn't seem to think we should get my doctor to try and fill out a form. I can't seem to get an answer as to why.
But I'll bring this up and maybe that will open up the communication about it.
    Thanks,
    Ziggy
