    I hate to keep bugging you about all this but you seem to know your stuff!
    I had eggs and cheese and a little spinach for breakfast this morning.
    Can you give me any suggestions for the Atkins eating plan?
    I'm kinda sorta trying to do the 14 day induction plan (which because of a holiday trip may only last 7 days!hehe)
    I admit I am concerned that all the meat will cause body pain. My hope is that that mindset is just because of all the low-fat hoopla for the last two decades.
    My grandparents ate pork, eggs, real butter everyday. They are all in eighties and going strong. What's da deal?!
