Don't yeast eat molasses?
as I am supposed to start the anti-candida thing soon.
Will any molasses do? or should it be black-strap molasses which are often touted as healthy but I can remember why. (durned brain fog)
I'm hypoglycemic, and don't dare try the shake because of the molasses!
Is this ingredient really necessary, and are there substitutes for it?
I take a really good multivitamin, formulated by doctors, in capsule form. I have no idea whether it is alkalized. It includes minerals.
What do I look for in ingredients to make sure I have the right multimineral mix? Or can you recommend one?
